New Private Residence, Stratford
The new home was designed for an active family of four on an existing infill property. The home features a custom timber frame verandah with vernacular elements, a hybrid centre hall plan and a four level elevator providing for future accessibility needs.
Near Net Zero + Heritage Residence
The substantial addition to a 1876 white brick home in Stratford's Heritage Area provides expansive views and access to the Avon River parkland and woods. The renovation work includes a 10kw solar photo voltaic panel array and an air source heat pump heating and cooling system for near net zero green house emissions.
Queen Anne Verandah
The new verandah and turret was added to this home in Stratford's Heritage Area. The unique design includes a stunning mini rotunda on the second floor.
